- Feel like you're not going to "drop the ball" on ANYTHING important in your life
- Calmly juggle ALL the roles in your life, at home, socially, at work, and in your community.
- Have a clear picture of what's important in your life, and how to focus most of your energy on those specific things.
Within 3 months:
- Personal organization will feel effortless, and being organized will become an automatic habit.
- You'll see exactly how every small action you take is connected to your big, strategic goals.
- You'll feel calm by default, just like that.
I use it myself, every day.
So I've fixed all the dumb "why doesn't it just do X" things I could come up with.
But what's more - I'm gonna fix all the dumb "why doesn't it just do X" things that YOU come up with, too.
Here's what the users of my last template had to say about it:
About this project:
I've spent a few years trying to build a fully-functional GTD notion set-up.
I have tried using other templates and found them cumbersome and ultimately unhelpful. Most of them were just 2-tier "To-Do" lists that let you add projects and sub-tasks with tags.
So, frustrated, I built my own. And then I used it and HATED it. So I built a new one. And then another one. And another.
I've indexed my life as a freelancer, creator, dad, international traveler, artist, a guy obsessed with Notion and workflow processes - all through my iterations of this tool. I've invented weird tricks that Noton wasn't even designed to perform.
And then, I looked at all that I've built, and started over from scratch, to make it really easy to use. I've taking a thoughtfully designed system, and made it invisible. Under-the-hood. I redesigned this whole thing to just make my life easy.
This is that template - the easy version.
This template is built different.
This template is way more:
- Years of trial and error more
- Feedback from hundreds of users more
- "I trust this thing with my life" more
The comprehensive solution to "being busy":
Adopting GTD with a "leaky" system that can't capture EVERYTHING that comes up is nearly impossible. It creates a bunch of friction, and fails to deliver on the key advantage of GTD - peace of mind. This basically means that if you have things that you can't capture in your system, they will live as open loops in your head and distract you from devoting your attention fully to the present moment.
After trying other templates I've built my own. And then another one. And then another. And THEN this one. Each previous version had a flaw that I figured out, fixed, and then incorporated into the next iteration.
All of these workflows have been incorporated into this notion template, and you can get it now. I've even incorporated directions throughout to help make sure that you can use it immediately. I've also tried to structure this template so it helps "onboard" you to the GTD productivity system.
Access to a duplicatable notion template that helps automate your Getting Things Done productivity system and provides detailed direction to use the template to make GTD actually work for you in Notion. provides explicit dire
